Les 30 candidates en lice pour l'élection de Miss France 2019 défileront le 15 décembre au Zénith de Lille devant un jury encore inconnu du public. Comme chaque année, Jean-Pierre Foucault animera la soirée au terme de laquelle l'une des jeunes femmes se verra couronnée du titre d'ambassadrice de la beauté française. Elle succédera à Maëva Coucke, Miss Nord-Pas-de-Calais, élue Miss France 2018.
Mais avant la diffusion de cette 89e édition, les 30 Miss régionales passeront quelques jours à l'Île Maurice, le temps de se préparer pour le traditionnel show.
